Together, this model produces continuous improvement and a learning organization.Further to this, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Logotherapy, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) are used.Insights Personality Diagnostic is used to start the process and forms the foundation of the coaching program.Furthermore, raising business acumen competence is a core component, and coachees often refer to their process as their mini MBA.Individual coaching consists of nine months, with bi-weekly sessions. Different life and business models are presented in each session, working on developing the quality of thinking, conscious behavior, and self-management. Self-study and reading heighten further learning.Team coaching has proven to accelerate development through peer learning. Ilze has designed a 10-month, once-a-month full-day session with the team, focusing on alignment, cohesion, and effectiveness. Team coaching may be facilitated live and online.
